Something New

  Tonight instead of making an accessory I tried something new. I made my very first children's skirt, and I must say that it turned out way better than I imagined. All I used was some fabric my mom bought me from Joann's, two inch wide elastic and ended up creating this little beauty. I'm going to have my sister model it this weekend and take some lovely photos so you can all see how it looks on something other than my carpet. I really can't decide what I like more about the skirt, the colors, the patterns, or the lace! I love how girly it is and its perfect for spring and summer.
